1. Order & Payment Terms

• All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount before any production work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to shipment or pickup.

2. Production Timeline

• Standard order production takes 3–4 weeks from the time we receive both:
  • The 50% deposit, and
  • All required customization details (logo and air freshener color).
• Monthly Subscription Orders may follow a separate, expedited or pre-arranged schedule.

3. Customization Requirements

• After you place your order, a representative from Common Scents Boutique will contact you via email or text message to collect the following:
  • Your desired logo or artwork for the air freshener
  • Your preferred air freshener color(s)
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to respond promptly with the requested information. Delays in providing these details may result in extended production times.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
• Cancellations made before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• By submitting logos, designs, or artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use these materials.
• Common Scents Boutique is not responsible for trademark violations or unauthorized use of third-party designs submitted by the buyer.

6. Communication & Updates

• We will communicate order updates and questions via the contact information you provide at checkout.
• Please ensure your email address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.

7. Changes to Terms

• Common Scents Boutique reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.
